The 2000m² manufacturing facility in Twickenham is divided into three cells, or 'Business Units', employing state of the art CAD, CAM and DNC/CNC machining processes, to produce disc brakes, thrusters, clutches and couplings.

A total of twelve CNC machines are dedicated to the production of parts, from ferrous and non-ferrous castings and steel bar, to feed the assembly of finished products.

To meet urgent customer demands, a stock of standard products is held on the shelf and replenished using a Kanban system of production control, while an MRP II system is used to plan 'make-to-order' manufacturing processes and purchases.
