What’s the buzz about the Twiflex Turning, Locking, Braking (TLB) system?
Our innovative system comprises a Turning gear, Locking device, and shaft Brake (TLB) together with a power unit (e.g. Hydraulic Powerpack) and a control panel for local operation of the system close to the equipment.
Our TLB is available as a continuous turning option, or as an indexing system using a simple hydraulic ‘push-pull’ arrangement with the brakes and brake disc to inch the propeller shaft for maintenance and accurate alignment.
Key features of our ‘TLB’ System include:
- Individual or multiple functions fully integrated to suit your ‘Turning, Locking or Braking’ requirements
- Full range of pneumatic or hydraulic brake calipers to suit a wide range of braking specifications
- Optional controls package to fulfill actuation and customer specific automation requirements
